Like really, I want to get on my hands good old Adobe Animate and make animations without a fear that i will get a warning for an "old version". But I can't get it.
I have sprites, backgrounds, but I still got no normal Adobe Animate, mayhaps you guys know where to get one?
Will be glad if you guys give me something.

cant help you if you dont have money but you can get free old versions of the program at animatearchive.neocities.org ! they all work the same except with less features, give it a try!
